With this book, I would like to invite you to a journey into our inner worlds where we together understand how through undertaking of this journey, we can seamlessly take our lives to the next level no matter where we are currently.


In the following pages, you will not only receive the findings from my own experience, but also those that I have summarized from hundreds of books, tapes, seminars and interviews that I have accumulated over the past sixteen years of my life, as I continue this exciting quest for understanding the fundamental variables that define the quality of peoples’ lives. Feel free to view me as a mere conduit, passing down wisdom of the ages from numerous enlightened souls and view this book as a reminder, of those simple, universal and obvious sounding rules that help make life more ‘fulfilling’ and ‘enriched’.


We all lead busy day-to-day lives. I myself keep quite busy with the demands of making a living and so I fully understand that our lives are ruled by defined patterns that we run day-in and day-out to make everything function smoothly. We resist major changes to these familiar patterns. My key intent through this book is to introduce you to those core principles and exercises that can have maximum impact on your life without you really needing to spend your limited time reading about and practicing hundreds of tools and techniques published around these areas. In addition, I want to demonstrate how easily we can integrate these principles and exercises into our busy lives, as there is no rush to apply all of them at the same time, become overwhelmed with the much disruption they cause and then stop. A better strategy is to learn one skill at a time, practise it till it becomes natural and then move onto the next one.

Two more ideas that you will be able to appreciate through this book are: (i) the ability to step out and look at ourselves both, in the present and in the future, is a key enabler in our personal development, and (ii) the people we surround ourselves with, play a critical role in determining the quality of our lives, and we can actually use their power on us to help achieve our goals. 

If you are new to self-help and personal development, I can assure you that this book will provide you with most of what you need to become your best self and continue pushing further. If you get more interested in any particular area, feel free to follow more established experts to further enhance your understanding in that area. If you are already a self-help enthusiast, this book will serve as a quick reminder of the key principles and high-impact exercises.


If you find the style of writing a bit conversational and unconventional, please be aware that it is intentional. This is the age of distraction where getting peoples’ time and attention is tougher than it has ever been in the past. Also, to be honest, more than demonstrating my literary prowess (there are many established authors you can read for that!), my intent is to ensure that the readers get my message in the simplest and quickest manner.

As I constantly read, watch videos, attend seminars, and collect ideas, I may have inadvertently referenced your work without attribution.
