Sun rises in the east in the morning. So, in morning, the shadow falls towards the west. Now, Mohan’s shadow falls to his right. So, he is standing, facing south. 

In diagram (A) the directions are shown as they actually are. Diagram (B) is as per the given data. So, comparing the direction of north in (A) with that in (B), north will be called north west.

As per the given data, C faces north. A faces towards west. D is to the right of C. So, D is facing towards south. Thus, B who is the partner of D will face towards north.

OT = (RS – PQ)
