• सुनना और बोलना मौखिक कौशल हैं जो भाषा शिक्षण में अति आवश्यक हैं।
• श्रवण तथा वाचन कौशल कहानी, कविता,भाषण तथा व्याख्यान विधि में प्रमुख रूप से उपयोग में लाएं जाते हैं। इन कौशलौ के विकास  की सर्वोत्तम विधि कहानी कहना और उस पर बच्चों के विचार जानना है। इससे कक्षा में छात्रों की सक्रियता देखी जाती है।
• कहानी सुनकर बच्चों के श्रवण कौशल तथा उस कहानी पर अपने विचार तथा भावों को व्यक्त करते हुए बच्चों के वाचन कौशल का विकास होता है।

अतः यह निष्कर्ष निकलता है कि सुनने और बोलने में कक्षा में छात्रों की सक्रियता देखी जाती है।

जब कोई विद्यार्थी किसी अक्षर को ठीक से न बोल सके तो उसे ध्यानपूर्वक बोलने और सुनने को कहना चाहिए, साथ ही इसका अभ्यास भी करवाना चाहिए। इसके अतिरिक्त बार-बार बुलवाकर सुनना भी चाहिए। बार-बार अभ्यास से भाषा कौशलों का विकास होता है तथा विद्यार्थी को सीखने में सहायता मिलती है।
अत: यह विकल्प सही उत्तर है।
