session we are going to quickly learn

myself is like okay can i optimize that

actually reasonable and why is this
important though so we know the
importance of codes or because that's
what everyone is saying right and we
also understand how to prove air quotes
well because we understand the search
intent when we select keywords then the
ad rank I'll try and simplify for you
because that is tied in to what you find
and what others pay as well and the
auction system works along these lines
so the formulators ad rank equals bin
amount maximum cost-per-click you're
willing to pay times calls the score and
I created this table so that I could
actually show you let's imagine
someone's bidding $2 $4 $6 another $4 so
we've got for advertisers bidding
different amounts
now with the AdWords option system that
does not mean this person is going to
pay too
dollars nor does it mean that this
person bidding for dollars is going to
pay or dollars the reason for that is
the ad ring it's Google's
way of determining a value that's used
to determine your ad position whereas a
showing on a page whether it's Google
search page give a partner page and so
on
so ad rank then obviously is important
because it tells AdWords it allows it to
determine to use the experience that
people will have when they learn on a
landing page because on this quality
score so now we can quickly say okay you
know what if someone's getting $2 we can
time that by their own scope which is
shown in that column and we can quickly
say you know what they have an ad rank
of 18 the second example someone's
bidding for dollars but their quota
score is 4 then let's turn that now it's
16 you see without words you always pay
one cent more than then the person below
you like beating the person below you
what you see you don't be you know beat
tail on their maximum cost-per-click
bins you beat them with their a drink so
in this example we can say let's now
divide these two numbers and add one
cent so now yeah now why do we do this
thing let me answer that to you
this is what we divide to work out the
cost per click for this example and this
person then does the same thing for the
ad rank below and this person does the
same thing for the ad rank below and
that is how it Cascades
now let's imagine this one then for this
person to hold their position in that
option system let's divide this number
to this one and add once in let's 16/9
equals $1 77
let's plus 0.01 to one cent cuando la 7y
is what this person would type to hold
their position and same is true with
this person here let's do 12 divided by
4 plus point zero one three dollars and
one and so on and this is how the ad
rank and the cost so that click is
calculated that means your bids your
fault is for someone else's B and
they're called score effects everyone
else it's actually a smart system when
you think of the other that's how Google
makes its billions of dollars is it
allows you as the advertiser compete
with the next advertiser and as a result
you want to get those potential
customers so then you're going to
improve your whole to score and you're
going to keep
creasing your bids to get that potential
customer that's why three years AdWords
advertising is becoming more expensive
and more expensive by the minute now
I've created another template for you so
that we can understand and work on this
a little so what would this person type
let's quickly find their 15 let's divide
by 6 equals 2.5 let's +1 so then this is
the amount okay to buy one and for this
person same thing will happen let's do
that calculation quickly while by five
plus one two dollars and forty one cents
so it is all to do with your whole disco
affecting everything else because the
amount that you're willing to B times
