okay we're here at think if ik
headquarters and we're talking about
some awesome new features that we've
rolled out for you we are constantly at
work here trying to listen to your
feedback and I know if you're in our
Facebook group you know that we listen
and make a better product for you to
help you with your online courses so I
just wanted to give you a quick update
of some of the new things we've released
here at think epic that are available to
you right now now if you're looking for
regular updates on the changes we're
making once you sign in to your account
look at the top of the dashboard there's
a little link called changes click on
that and it will give you an update of
the changes that we're making so you can
be right on top of things as new
features get rolled out and of course
hop in the Facebook group chat with us
let us know what you're looking for what
you're struggling with we're always on
the lookout for great new ideas to
improve our application of course so one
of the first things I wanted to mention
to you was additional pricing and
payment plans and they kind of work
together now you could always create
multiple prices for a course in the past
on think if ik but we've made it super
easy so now when you go to price your
course there's a little button there for
additional pricing and once you've added
a price you can add another price and so
you can sell your course at two
different price points usually people
use this to have say a one-time fee and
a monthly subscription or in combined
with another new feature payment plans
so you could do something like a
one-time fee and a payment plan a
payment plan is a subscription that ends
after a period of time but you can still
give people continued access to the
course so for example you could sell
your course for $1,000 or three equal
payments of four hundred dollars each
and they'll pay them once a month for
three months and then they're done
paying but they have access to the
course for as long as you want them to
now the big place that I see this being
used is in promotions especially when
you're going live with those promotions
you're putting them out on a webinar you
can also put it just regular up for sale
on your landing page however you're
driving traffic to it now I've actually
been wanting payment plans for ages for
my own online course because I
constantly hear from people that they're
waiting on that next paycheck and they
can put a portion of it down now and pay
the rest later so opening up payment
plans
really gives people the opportunity more
people the opportunity to buy your
course now without having to wait for
that payment to come in and at that
point maybe they've forgotten about you
so payment plans huge win I think and
and combined with additional pricing
that gives people the option to buy now
at full pop or pay overtime if they need
a little bit more time getting the cash
together or they're just more
comfortable with that one of the other
things that we've put in is the ability
to track and share revenue with
co-owners or Co instructors or Koko's
course creators so what this does is for
any product that you've created any
course something like that you can
actually assign a revenue percentage to
other people it could be multiple people
and will actually track and split up
that revenue between those people and
essentially handles that reporting for
you so you can see detailed reporting
about the sales that you're making and
the portions of those revenues and how
they're split and when you're ready to
make payments you can record payments so
that you know that they've gone out and
and those payments are taken care of so
if you're if you're co-creating courses
or looking to co-create courses
definitely check out the revenue sharing
if you aren't it can be a great idea to
reach out to other people in your
industry and and talk about co-creating
courses with them you may even have them
create the course entirely and you're
just handling the marketing or vice
versa and then you can share the revenue
that way another thing we've got is the
ability for you to change your site's
language so this is full localization if
you want to switch your whole site over
to German one click and you've got a
German site so very easy to do we've got
a bunch of languages already in there
for you and if you're looking for more
just let us know another one is is just
making it easier and easier for you to
upload content we already have our bulk
importer where you can go into the
course builder and just drag and drop
all of your videos and PDFs and audio
files and it'll automatically build the
course but we've also added now the
ability to upload from the cloud so
whether you're using Google Drive or box
or Dropbox or other cloud hosting
services even FTP you can do that from
the video library and you can just suck
in all of that content so you don't have
to worry about downloading it and then
re uploading it to think if it should
make it a lot easier for you to bring
that content in another one is we have a
direct integration with Infusionsoft now
we've had an integration with
Infusionsoft
for quite some time but now we actually
have that direct integration with
Infusionsoft so you can pass that
information over to Infusionsoft you can
create tags and create contacts and and
I definitely recommend checking that out
if you're an Infusionsoft user think if
ik powered with an or combined with
Infusionsoft creates a really powerful
marketing engine for your online courses
and finally as I mentioned check out the
changelog this is just a history of the
changes that we're making and you can
see that at the top of the dashboard
just click on changes and you can get
updates like this about all the new
things we're rolling out for you tons of
other little fixes that are going on
just based on lots of feedback that
we're collecting so you might see some
minor little tweaks to our user
experience all about making things
easier for you and that's all based on
