in this video I will show you how to
customize the origin interface origin
has 3 docked windows you can hover the
mouse over each to view project Explorer
quick health and the messages log if we
right click on project Explorer we can
choose horizontal alignment we can now
drag the vertical line to resize each
panel project Explorer lets you navigate
through your project let's select a
particular subfolder now let's say we
wanted to save this graph as a template
you right-click choose save template as
give it some new name click OK and
notice the message log has 1 unread
message it was indicated in red text we
go back to project Explorer click the
auto-hide
so we're going to pin this so project
Explorer will no longer auto-hide now
that it's docked we can double click on
it and drag it and dock it on the bottom
now that it's docked we can take the
quick help tab and drag that out and
float that as a separate window we can
also now drag that to one of the buttons
there on the right and dock it so that
it's docked off on the right double
click again and we can drop it back to
the bottom
now if we click on view toolbars you can
export these settings you could then
send this to a colleague they could drop
it onto origin and they would have the
same customized settings and the
reinitialize button of course we'll get
you back to origins default so notice
that project Explorer is back on the
