GameMaker Studio How to roll back your Steam version of GM Video Lecture

hey guys just a quick note I had a lot
of comments and stuff recently about a
book that's been going around game maker
studio a lot of people us telling me
that then they compile their game it
compiles successfully but the game never
runs and this is a problem with one of
the recent version changes to game maker
as far as I know we're really looked
into this just because so many people
have messaged me about it but it's not
this is not something I've ever
encountered but the solution to it
generally seems to be to roll back to an
earlier version of game maker if you're
on Steam you can still do this if you
just google game make a studio steam
roll back it's the very first result the
yo-yo games website using older versions
of game maker studio I want steam and
there is a blog post here that explains
very quickly how you can go into steam
right click your game maker studio go to
properties go to betas and you can
select to use an older version older
version of the software and that should
fix the issue with the compiling but not
running stuff alright just wanted to put
