episode 4 the negative of Tom if you're
following along in your book
this covers lesson 4 let's begin so far
we have been answering the question how
are you with positive statements but
what if you wanted to use a negative
statement you could answer how are you
with I'm well or I'm not bad
the negative form of tall
we saw before the verbs in Irish don't
change based on the person you're
talking about
however the verb does change to show
that what you're talking about is
positive or negative the negative form
of tall is Neil so to turn a positive
statement into a negative statement you
simply switch out the word tall with a
meal for example
I am bad Tomica Donna
I am not bad Neil mega Deena
we saw an episode two that the verb taw
stayed the same when you switch the
pronoun
it's also the way it works for the
negative form Neil and as you'll see in
upcoming episodes for the question forms
- here are samples of negative
statements using all of the pronouns as
well as names
bad

she is not bad Neal she go Donna
