that builds smart home technology to
make people's lives easier I think I
love about coming to work every day is
the chance to work with other people who
are really energized around a product
it's a company that I feel that my
pathway has been evident from day one I
really appreciate the opportunity that
they've given me to expand my skills
when I started they wanted to know what
I wanted to do what my strengths were
what I wanted to work on I also loved
the challenges and of course the
technology is amazing all of our
employees that participate in our beta
program you can actually get the product
for free in your home we have great cool
things that we can do and then we have
amazing people that we work with control
force tons of because the people come
into work every day
it felt like I was getting paid to hang
out with friends I look forward to
coming and interacting with the people
that I work with the work/life balance
that control or is unlike anywhere up in
I love that I'm a working mom and they
support that one of the things that
you'll see during the day is people
walking around the building
taking short breaks bringing their bikes
to work come to control for on Saturday
or a Sunday you won't see cars in the
parking lot
forethought is a control for foundation
that was created by control for
employees as an opportunity for
employees to give back to the community
they've been able to do Habitat for
Humanity in the United Way of care and
the food bank and so many different
things
Donald house clothing drives and food
drives the motorcycle ride will raise
money it just just warms my heart so
much
honestly I would recommend working at
control4 because it is the greatest
group of people I have ever had the
privilege of working with we are diverse
constantly growing new products great
people if you want to be valued this is
the place to go I love that they
appreciate what you have to give and
then will also give you more I have been
at control for for two years I've worked
at control for for four years just over
five years I have worked here for
approximately seven years almost eight
years I worked a control floor for
almost ten years at the end of the day
you feel like you're you're really
contributing to the company if you want
a chance to really figure out what
you're made of and this is a good place
to do it
