going to talk about personal branding
and masterminding masterminding is when
you meet with other people to discuss
your business and receive ideas and I
found I've had two different experiences
one when I was with the team of mostly
men I used to ask for feedback and I
would get like very actionable steps
like go do a go to be go do see would be
great but once I started masterminding
with women I was always like a little
loss because the feedback would be like
oh you come from a place of lacked or
standing your power or you need to be in
your space or that's a limiting believe
it would be all of this like n or work
advice and it would never be like any
practical advice so my advice is when
you're working on your personal brand I
think it would be better to go get
advice from someone who's very direct
because you need to take action and
while that that inner working stuff is
really good particularly like for the
long run and the short term when you
just need some fast results you need to
mastermind with people who can give you
tangible items to follow up on and
implement instead of that whoo talk so
look for that when you're masterminding
some tangible advice and what it's your
turn to be in a mastermind offered
tangible advice to other people they
would really need it is particularly if
they're surrounded by others who are
very you know standing your power advice
givers you'd be the one who's different
and help that person else cuz I know
whenever I'm in the mastermind I'm
always the one who's like okay that's
great and all child but here's what you
need to do a b c and d and it's not
always appreciated because my deliveries
as you can tell very direct but I come
from a place of love so go forth and
stand on your power and then get some
