so super quick just wanted to let you

this is going to be a super quick video
giving you a another way you can think
about on finding products that you want
to sell in your store so I know that the
most common way to pick niches and
select products is to think of the
product first versus thinking of the
audience first so in this video I'm
going to be showing you a different way
you can think about it and we're
actually going to flip the tables over
and think about it the opposite way so
in this example we're going to be
picking our audience first and then
we're going to look for products that
people in that audience would be or
would be interested in so the easiest
way to do this is so first you're going
to need to select an audience so what
group of people do you want to sell to
do you want to sell to gamers do you
want to sell to mothers do you want to
sell to cat owners who do you want to
sell to it first before you think about
the product so in this example I'm just
going to say that we want to sell to
campers so the first thing we're going
to do is just go to Amazon bestsellers
and then now I'm going to come down to
sports and outdoors so now that we've
decided that we want to sell two campers
that's our target audience now we just
need to find some good products that we
could sell to them so sports and
outdoors outdoor recreation and then I'm
going to go down camping and hiking so
now these are some of the top products
on Amazon that are selling within the
camping and hiking niche and obviously
Amazon is one of the most trafficked
websites on the planet so this is a
pretty good place to check what type of
products within an audience are in
demand so what type of products your
target audience is dying so you can see
the number one bestseller is cooling
towels so that seems like a neat product
that we could sell that's probably
something that's easily sourced but
let's find out so let's head over to
Aliexpress and just type in cooling
towel and you can see here there's a lot
of three cooling towels and they have
all these one one coin pouch each for a
dollar thirty cents about dollar seventy
two forty eight to forty four so you can
see that we can source these cooling
towels over at Aliexpress pretty cheap
so that's one product that we know is in
demand with the camping the HP because
the number one bestseller on Amazon so
if that's the case then we know that
campers are buying these cooling towels
so this would be a good product that we
could sell to our chosen audience of
campers so let's see if we can find
another one so I'm just going to skip
past the water bottle just because it's
this water bottles are so common and it
could be specific to so many different
things so I'm going to just go ahead and
skip past that and go to this LED
headlamp here and other seems more
caffeine specific so we're going to go
ahead and see if there is any LED
headlamps and aliexpress the
a source so now as you can see you'll
see
so there is a good selection of these
LED headlamps that we could source and
sell to our target audience as well so
you can see that this process and this
method of thinking leads to the same end
result you're still finding products
content and niche to sell to however
this method may be easier for some
people sometimes it's easier for some
people to think of the audience first
and once you have your audience selected
then try and find products with that
audience needs and then sell them those
products is sometimes that easier than
trying to define hot selling products
when you don't know who you want to sell
to initially so if you're having trouble
