alright guys so this is gonna be a super
quick video on how you can conduct
competition analysis on other stores
within your niche so real quick before
we hop into it if you have not joined

with that being said let's hop into the
video so you would implement this
strategy shortly after you've selected a
niche may be selected some products so
this might give you some ideas on how to
design your store or what to sell which
products to sell within your niche and
maybe even other types of neat offers
you can do so let's just go through a
couple examples so what you're gonna do
is first you're gonna type in your niche
so let's say you're in the camping niche
so you're gonna type in camping and then
all you do a space and then you're just
gonna put my Shopify so what this is
gonna do this is gonna bring up all the
Shopify stores that have this keyword
here that we put in camping and their
URL and then all you're gonna do is
you're just gonna go through and open up
these stores and take a look so we'll go
ahead and open a few up so this one is
well it's pretty crappy so we're
probably not going to take too much from
this however you still could go to the
shop and see what they're selling
because they may be bad at designing
they might be good at something else so
we could just take a look at these
products see what they're selling or
maybe they're not done setting this up
yet and just take a general look at
their store and see what's going on but
this store is pretty ugly so I probably
wouldn't spend too much time on there
let's try this next one
all right so this store looks more legit
let's see if we look at North Face so
these guys must have some weiss in this
deal with a lot of big brands where
they're selling name-brand stuff or
either that or they're going to get in a
lot of trouble really soon
but I'm assuming with this nice
professional-looking layout that they
they sell license stuff actually it
looks like they might be a physical
store and this might just be their
online shop yeah you could look through
products in here let's go for another
one the wheat survivor and see what this
one is all right now this looks like the
Brooklyn theme this looks kind of like a
more typical online Shopify store yep
this looks exactly like an Aliexpress
store
yeah so what you could do is you could
check out what they're selling you could
do the URL thing where you put in
collections and best-selling and you
sort by the best-selling product so you
can see that their best-selling products
are you can check out all their pages
like even their about page just see see
what's working for the current people in
your niche get some ideas see if there's
any similarities with all their sites
like do all their sites have certain
pages what are they blogging about and
things like that so we could just keep
going through there and we're just gonna
do one more niche example just to show
that it'll work with pretty much any
niche unless you're in something like
extremely obscure with no issues at all
let's go ahead and open up this alright
so this looks like a pretty nice-looking
store I'd like to design of this it's
simple neat logo so it looks like this
store it looks like they have a mix of
print-on-demand products from the shirts
and I mean these are probably these are
probably just right off of Aliexpress or
source from somewhere similar unless
there's like custom engraving on there
that I can't see but either way one
thing you could take away from this site
is you can see that one thing that's
working for them is using photos like
this so they're doing a competition so
there's and take a selfie with your
their brand products and then email them
for your chance to win does it say what
you're gonna win but it just says when
something so I'm assuming just some of
their products so that's a pretty neat
idea so if you were in this niche you
could do something similar because this
seems to be working pretty well for them
because they have a decent amount of
photo
and then competitions like this are
actually going to be building the social
proof of the store building the
community aspect of it so that's pretty
good so see yeah that's pretty much it
with this strategy so you'll just search
your niche and then my Shopify and then
just take a look at all the stores and
you know you don't have to go go through
it really fast you'll probably want to
take maybe a few hours on this just to
see if you can pick up anything that
your competitors are doing that you can
go ahead and duplicate in your own store
