hey what's up guys so in this video I
just wanted to go over something really
quick regarding free plus shipping so
this is gonna apply to anyone that's
currently or planning on running free
plus shipping offers in the future so a
common mistake a lot of people make with
free plus shipping is they actually have
no reason on their store to justify
giving away products for free and what
this creates is this creates a sense of
just fishiness and it makes people think
that it's a scam if you're just giving
away free products for no reason so what
you need to do is you need to create a
reason to justify giving away products
for fries that way it looks more like
special limited time promotion versus
just some scam you type of fishy looking
scheme so a couple examples of what you
could do is you could say that you're
having a 1-year anniversary giveaway you
can say you're having a store launch
giveaway pretty much anything like that
you can just get creative with it but
you have to have a reason for giving
away these products you could say that
you're over stocked you could say that
maybe maybe go whatever reason you want
to come up with you need to come up with
a justification to give them away for
free so that way people don't think it's
fishy and then you need to put this
justification right in the product
description of you're free plus shipping
offers that way they know right there
when they land on the offer they know
why you're giving it away it's that way
it looks a lot more credible so not only
this you also need to couple this with a
quantity of items that you're giving
away so even if you want to sell as many
as you can you at least want to put in
the description that you're only going
to give away 200 so these
example you could put in as you could
say celebrating our stores one-year
anniversary so we're giving away 100 of
these fishing lures for free and you
just have to pay for the shipping so
that's how you can properly run a free
plus shipping campaign is you have to
have a reason to justify giving away the
items for free and then you need to put
a quantity number on it of how many free
items you're gonna give away because
that just adds more credibility
credibility to it as well and another
thing you can also do is you can even
put a deadline on when the promotion
ends so you could say we were giving
away 100 of these for free or we're
giving away as many of these for free as
possible until say next Sunday you put
whatever the date is so you need to add
some credibility to it and then you need
to add a quantity that you're going to
give away or a deadline that to give
away we'll add that and this is going to
make your offer look a lot more credible
and in turn it's going to lead to a lot
more conversions so that's it for this
