in this video we're going to be looking
at our sales orders now when you first
login to your dashboard you can see your
last 10 orders and view them here by
clicking the View tab as you see we've
only just got one order here at the
moment but what we're going to be doing
in this video is we're going to be
looking at all the orders so we go to
sales then click orders now here you can
see I've only got one order as I'm doing
this in the demonstration now we can
view the order here as we will do with
our last 10 orders we can click view and
here we can generate our advice from the
order details tab we can look at the
payment details the shipping details the
products that were purchased and the
history of the order and when we shipped
or order we would just normally drop
this down and click on the shipped here
and click here to not fight a customer
put in any additional notes here and
click Add history but what we're going
to be doing here is we're just going to
be showing you something else that you
can do here and this is edit the order
so for instance if you had a customer
who made an order and perhaps the phone
you and the needed to amend the order
some way before you actually processed
it you can edit by clicking the Edit tab
here and from here we could amend the
customer details also if we had multiple
stores set up we could change from the
default store to the other store that we
may have set up and we can change the
customer group from the default if we
had for instance a wholesale account set
up we could change here maybe to all
sale accounts etc we can change the name
the address basically change any of the
details here and again the same would
apply here on the payments tab we can
change the chosen address here the name
address company insert the company ID
tax ID region state etc now and the
shipping details then we can change the
shipping details here if the customer
requested maybe to have their item ship
to a different address and it's
something that they hadn't do in the
checkout process and the products we can
actually add a private here now this box
here is an auto type so if we start
typing our products here force a single
front print value weight t-shirt we
click the item because it
automatically and again we have the same
criteria to meet here as if we were a
customer choosing the product on the
front end of the site in this case we
have three astrix fields here which
means they're required so we would have
to upload an image here for our product
selected color and select the size and
we can add that private here to the
order also we could add voucher here
with a message and select our vulture
team etc and then in the product total
zone here we can actually select a
different shipping with it a different
mm it that even we could insert a coupon
code or a voucher code add reward points
that change the order status let me just
scroll down a little bit I put in
additional comments for the order and
here on affiliate if we wanted to credit
a particular affiliate with the sale we
I've set up an affiliate account here in
my own name so I just start typing p
from hall and my name comes up so i just
simply click on it and update the totals
here and then we would scroll up here
and click save for any changes we've
made to the order
