Sage Mobile Projects - Demo - Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Video

hello my name is Olivia Romer I'm a sage
certified consultant at tag a premier
sage partner for construction software
with the team of experts in construction
accounting and software solutions in
today's video I'm going to show you sage
mobile projects for Sage 300
construction and real estate sage mobile
projects is a web-based tool that fully
integrates with your Sage 300
construction and real estate project
management module in the web application
you can create RFI's and daily field
reports other features will be added
soon like submittals and change requests
now let's take a look at sage mobile
projects well first take a look at the
daily field reports as you can see here
on my home screen it shows me all my
open field reports any items that have
not been sent to payroll and any
unanswered
RFI's this is showing currently for all
my jobs if I wanted to see one specific
job I could put in that job number and
then it would show me only the daily
field reports and RFI's that apply to
that specific job i'm going to pull up
the daily field reports as you can see I
have all these field reports that are
currently within the software all of
these field reports have not been
finalized and therefore are still
editable in Sage mobile projects let's
take a look at this one for Clackamas
office Park within the daily field
report I can enter weather and site
conditions I can enter labor I can also
enter any payroll time this integrates
with my Sage 300 construction and real
estate payroll module so it sends the
time automatically to the software
without me having to submit a paper
timecard I can see which subcontractors
were out on the job any equipment that
was used any materials that might have
been received any activities or progress
that has
made on the job if there are any items
that needed to have extras or work
orders or change orders issued for
during the day any events like injuries
any visitors who might have come to the
jobsite or if necessary any journal
entries that need to be made
by clicking the attachments button or
the paperclip icon I can add any type of
attachment to this daily filled report
whether it's documents that maybe I scan
in or take a picture of or any job site
photos that might be relevant to this
report once I've complete my daily
filled report I then have the ability to
send that field report to various
individuals via email it'll also send
any attachments if I no longer want to
make any edits to my daily filled report
I can come in here and finalize the
field report once the field report is
finalized it may no longer be edited by
any user as you can see here
saij multiple projects is a dynamic web
application therefore the view changes
based on the mobile device that you are
using for example here is what sage
mobile projects looks like on an iPad or
any Android tablet type device and
here's an example of the view on a
iphone or android type device now let's
take a look at the RFI capability within
sage mobile projects as you can see I
have all my RFI's for all my jobs listed
in the screen below you can see quickly
at a glance whether an RFI has been
answered or still unanswered let's go
ahead and view one of the RFI's as you
can see here I have my job and it
automatically numbers the next RFI in
the sequence I have my date and the
subject of my RFI as well as the urgency
and any related specs section I also
have who this RFI is to and any carbon
copied individuals I might need to add I
can also select a drawing that it might
relate to
then I asked my question and when I need
it answered by then once I receive my
answer I can have that information
entered here who answered it and the
answer date if I need to attach any
documents I can do so by hitting the
paperclip icon and adding any type of
document whether it be Word Excel or
photos on my phone or tablet I can also
add any notes that might be relevant to
the RFI once I've completed the RFI I
can email the RFI to the necessary
parties or I can generate a report and
send the RFI out later with sage mobile
projects I now have some of the features
in Sage 300 construction and Real
Estate's project management module
available to individuals out in the
field so now the field has the
opportunity to create daily field
reports and RFI's wherever they have an
internet connection did you know if you
