our activity what did you learn from it
were you unable to give up product a
because life will not be the same
without the product or it will cause
discomfort
what about product be the one that you
agree to give up why did you agree to
give it up were the reasons needs was it
because there is an alternative or is it
because you did not depend so much on
the product and giving it up will not
affect your life or lifestyle in any way
based on what you and your classmates
shared it must be clear that when a
product doesn't meet a user's needs the
user will have no reason to buy it or
keep it let me wrap this up with an
example you must have heard of Nokia the
company that is once a leading producer
of mobile phones do you know why it lost
its dominant position in the market
there are many reasons but one of the
reasons was the appearance of
smartphones with soft keyboards yes
that's what happens to a product when it
doesn't address the users real needs or
when it fails to evolve with changing
user needs I hope that you will always
