Growth Hacks for New Service Websites (That Don’t Cost a Fortune) Video

from Bunty and the question is there's a
new home service business specifically
interior home painting with a new
website new social media what are some
of the best initial hacks for most
growth at low cost for new companies
basically looking for some growth hacks
for a new company and more specifically
bunty's asking how do i growth hack a
new company with very little money in a
service based business the reason I'm
gonna specify service for this video is
service based businesses are quite a bit
different it doesn't matter if it's
service for b2b or b2c but there's a few
growth hacks you can do number one have
the phone number on your site top right
that helps get you more calls you'll
notice in the service based business
you'll close more people over phone
calls than anything else
number two have lead forms on every
single page I'm not joking every single
page just really if you don't have it on
every single page you're not gonna
generate as many leads now in those lead
forms do you like promise something with
a lead or do you just say hey contact us
get a free quote or learn how to improve
your interior design or let us help you
determine which colors are right for
your home like you got to give them some
advice and some help pass quality here
is shooting our videos and he does video
stuff so if you wanted more clients he
couldn't just say hey putting your
information if you want to pay me for
video services he's just like hey if you
want to figure out what kind of videos
you should shoot how you should shoot
them the environment if you need a
studio you should do like in-person
videos or selfie style videos like fill
out your information we'll jump on a
call I'll give you a free consultation
people love free consultations those
exact words free consultation I can't
emphasize that enough give people some
free info some free consultation really
genuinely try to help them you'll
collect a lot of leads yeah people don't
want to feel like they're sold too right
so if you're adding value to them
especially service businesses that's how
you develop a relationship at the end
they're gonna be like please pass
quality take my money like I want
whatever you're doing yeah yeah
you need a help and educate you can't
just pitch people all day long it
doesn't work well and then now that you
got that done you should do it exit
pop-up you can also collect leads from
that and educate and offer a free
consultation I'm serious if you do the
same page from multiple times it still
converts a while and when you're doing
your forms for your consultations a lot
of people like asking name email phone
number or location like ten different
fields you could do that
but what I recommend is the first few
fields name in email and then on the
next step ask for phone and all the
other information you'll notice that you
get roughly 10 percent more leads than
if you asked them all at once
in addition to that now that you got
your website set up right what you need
to do is you need to think of marketing
as experimentation and spaghetti there's
pay-per-click there's social media
marketing there's content marketing the
possibilities are endless
so take some of the tactics I've created
a lot of videos that break down a lot of
marketing tactics and test five or six
of them out and don't spend more than 50
bucks on a quite a few of these tactics
see which one's producing the best
results and then from there double down
on the one that's producing the best
because it really is different for every
business if I told you you know this is
how you growth hack your business I'd be
lying based on where you live in the
region and the type of business it
really varies per business but what
works really well for most businesses
are you know heading people up to see
who's linking to your competitors you
can use tools like eight reps to figure
this out an SEM rush put in your compare
URLs you hit those sites up who link to
them beg for links as well you go ahead
up your local local Chamber of Commerce
get links there that helps with rankings
you also see what contents popular in
your space using tools like buzzsumo see
what's hot right similar articles
publish them on your blog hit up all the
people who shared the original one on
buzzsumo just make sure your contents
better than theirs or else they're not
going to share it but it's growth hacks
like that like you don't need to do tons
of them like if you just do those two
you can get results that's point and if
you're good at your trade people are
gonna want to refer your business I mean
that's what I do when I start my agency
I reached out to other agencies like
that weren't doing YouTube
and just like hey how can I help you and
you help them a little bit and then they
help you back I mean that's that's how
you build relationships and that I think
is one of the best growth hacks quite
frankly it's just like reaching out to
people and just building those real
relationships it doesn't have to all be
technology you know you don't to go to
Silicon Valley to build like a
multi-million dollar service business
yeah and you don't have to use a crazy
marketing tactic that I'm we're talking
about on a video like it could be just
something simple like the basic stuff
works right absolutely so that's it for
