So today we had our monthly
operations meeting, it gives us a chance,
all the Assessors to come into the
office at least this one day a month and
all catch up
we obviously discuss what's happening
out in the field and any changes in the
business, messages that need to be
cascaded down to us and the team. First
of all, sharing experience, being
calibrated, discussing about you know
what we are thinking about same thing,
actually I believe we have to be on the
same page, sometimes being in
the field, we have different things,
different view, and this monthly meeting
is a very good time to calibrate, to
share or experience, to discuss about the
same thing that all Assessors are
actually working on, I mean the
standard and point one thing, one concept
and as I said now I think we are on same
page. The more meetings I went, the more I
can see everyone's being involved in,
participating more and more and more and
the more meeting we go through I think
the better way we work on the same page.
And when you come here you see different
people and they shared their best
practices or their bad experiences and
you learn from their learning, so I mean
if you if you do not come to office and
you do not see the other and you just
keep working with your own pace and with
your own frame of mind, so I think that
this is this is a good thing that you
come here you see each other and you
exchange your experiences. So there's
been a lot of changes and developments
in our CRM system that's Accelo, we have
been probably working on that for the
last six months, so every month when we
come in, Kelly John-Woods, Operations
Exec, takes us through what he's been
working on and new things he needs us to
start doing, so that was one very
important take away the
advancements in our CRM system. And the other thing
is that when we are working in the field
for all the month we feel a little bit
isolated you know working in kind of
solitude that makes us feel like we're
part of the family. Interesting and I
can't wait to use the full features of
Accelo, it sounds like doing the report on
the glass gonna be very make our life a
lot easier, not just making our life
easier but also having more time to
interact with the client instead of
typing the report on try to keep that
interaction with the client and yeah I
think that will bring us to the next
level of assessment. So we do these
monthly, firstly because it gives
everyone a chance to catch up, try and
keep the close team environment and we
got Assessors from Victoria and
Queensland who joined in via Google
Hangouts and all the Sydney based
Assessors they come into the office, you
know it gives us a chance to talk have
lunch together
like I said promote good team culture.
