Showing Waveforms in iMovie 10.0.5 | Tutorial 53 Video Lecture | iMovie Mac: Basics to Advanced - Professional Skills

neuronal films so they're gonna be
continuing our iMovie tutorials and in
this tutorial i'm at tinu and we're
actually gonna cover some very simple
and but it's actually very common issue
i've had people ask me about so I
thought I'd make it tutorial on it
quickly as you can see I have the wave
formats down here and also on my main
clip you'll see this extra blue bar and
on like any audio you dragon you you all
normally have this already here but just
in case yours appears like completely
flat you don't have this extra level
where you can adjust the audio manually
you can go up straight up to the top
right hand corner of what inside of your
project this is found inside of your
project like I said let me actually back
up here if you go to in a year of ends
and then you already created a project
within the events like let's say you've
created events and then you go to create
and you've actually created a movie
project within the event you double
click on a project you drag in some
footage that you've actually imported
into your project you'll have these wave
formats now my iMovie just looks like it
just froze but what soon as it's done
loading here I'll be able to show you
guys like how to get these wave formats
up and running but it's all right here
to top right hand corner this little
option here and here we are like it mine
already up but you go up to this top
right hand corner and within and within
your project and click it you can go to
audio mine's red check boxed and it's
show wave formats without at this what
it will look like if you you like your
word word my wish my audio this is weird
you can go go in here and then go to
show wave formats and there you have
your audio I like to keep it up because
I like to adjust the volume adjust like
this quickly instead of just going to
adjust and then go into the audio
settings and then I just need from here
which sometimes can get annoying I think
this is nice easy quick way to do this
through and here also you can adjust the
clip size just in case you want to get
better precision and stuff like that
