hey guys I appear bringing you another
affinity photo tutorial and in this
tutorial we'll be going over how to do a
basic vignette so a basic thing yet
we'll start with your picture right here
the photo whatever your choice and you
can come over here to this little icon
and click on it and we can scroll down
and at the bottom is the vignette filter
and this dialog box should pop up and
now we can play with the dialog box so
we can sort of up the exposure make it
sort of dark vignette or a light
vignette I think I'm gonna go with a
light vignette on the final product but
right now we're going to keep dark
vignette so you can see it better so we
can up the hardness which will make it a
circular outline right here rather than
a sort of soft transition but I'm gonna
keep hardness up and now you can see
scale so scale will scale it down and
back and shape will distort it that way
so I'm going to bring it down hardness
is usually best to be brought down when
you're working with a vignette you don't
want a dark circle so I'm going to bring
it around 73 percent scale it back a bit
and kind of adjust the shape and that is
how you do a basic vignette so the basic
vignette is pretty straightforward
