bucket full of water procedure take an
empty glass and look at it carefully to
ensure that there is nothing in the
water turn the glass a plate down to
further and show that there is nothing
in the glass now take a bucket full of
water and rip the open mouth of the
empty glass in it as shown in the
animation you will observe that water
does not enter the glass now tilt the
glass a little in the bucket as shown in
the animation as soon as you tilt the
glass water enters the glass making a
bubbly sound it was because of the air
present in the glass when the glass was
kept upside down the air inside the
glass did not allow water to enter the
glass but when the glass was tilted a
little the air inside the glass caught
space to escape from the glass making a
bubbly sound thus this activity proved
that air is present everywhere
