Inkjet printer is the mostly used printer. This type of printer uses laser technology that is sued to print text or imageson paper. This printer is most expensive and gives the best quality of print outs. The speed of this printer is measured in pages per minute (ppm).

The information or the result that we get after processing of the entered data in computer,  sometimes it happens that we want that information or result physically on the paper. So we can take the result/information on the paper and get it printed with the help of printer. We can get the printed copies/print outs in two forms that is colour /black and white prints. There are various types of printers that can be mostly used which are Laser printer, Ink jet printer, Dot-matrix printer etc.

The data is feeded/ entered into the computer by making use of input devices. Then the data is been sent to the CPU for the processing process and with the help of the output devices the processed data is been displayed as the desired information. Processing means changing of the data into the information on the basis of the instructions provided. The processor inside the CPU perform the action of processing of data into the information.

Data is the raw fact that is unprocessed and un organized. It includes words, numbers, images or sounds. On the basis of the raw data collected, Information can be generation by manipulating and processing the data.

The first step is the data or instruction/command is entered into the computer with the help of the input devices such as keyboard, mouse, scanner etc. This input devices are connected to the computer system.

Hardwares are the important parts of the computer that are connected to the computer. With the help of hardwares we can make softwares to run on the computer properly. The hardwares are the things/objects that we can see, touch. Hardwares can be divided into input and output devices. Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor, CPU, etc are some examples of the harwares.

Digital camera is made used to enter photographs into the computer by way of capturing or storing them electronically/digitally. The use of photographic films are been avoided here. Hence the another name for digital camera is Digi cam.

Scanner is the input device that is used to enter the images, documents, photographs, graphs etc directly into the computer in the form of scanning them.. This device looks very similar to the manual xerox machine. It is connected to the computer with the cables. Flat bed scanners and hand held scanners are mostly used.
