Exam Pattern for OPSC OCS (Odisha)
1. Preliminary Examination:- The preliminary examination consists of two objective type papers.
- Paper I covers General Studies and Paper II covers one optional subject.
- Each paper is of 200 marks and the duration is 2 hours for each paper.
2. Main Examination:- The main examination consists of 7 papers.
- Paper I is Odia language, Paper II is English, and Papers III to VII are on various subjects.
- Each paper is of 300 marks except for Paper I which is of 300 marks.
- The duration for each paper is 3 hours.
3. Interview:- Candidates who qualify the main examination are called for an interview.
- The interview is of 250 marks.
