Patterns
in mathematics
Mathematics is about finding patterns and understanding why
they happen.
These patterns are not just in textbooks, but also in the natural
world, daily activities, and even how planets move
Example:
The week follows a pattern:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday,
Sunday.
After Sunday, the pattern starts again with Monday

PATTERNS IN NUMBERS
Number patterns are simple and fun!
For example, counting: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4… is a
basic number pattern of whole numbers.
The study of these number patterns is
called number theory.
