The right side pumps blood without oxygen to 
the lungs only. This allows the blood to pick 
up fresh oxygen and release carbon dioxide.
The right ventricle has thinner walls as it only 
needs to pump blood the short distance to 
the lungs.

deoxygenated blood except those from the lungs.
Capillaries
Tiny vessels connecting arteries and veins where exchange of nutrients 
and waste occurs.
