Verified Answer
Calculate the total enthalpy change in melting 180g of ice at 0 degree...
you will find answer of your question with help of this example:

Mass(m) = 200 gm
= 2/10 kg
Time(t) = 60 sec
Latent heat of fusion(L) = 336 * 10^3 J/kg
Specific heat capacity (c) = 4200 J/kg.K
Heat gained = m * L
= 2/10 * 336 * 10^3
= 67200 J
Work done = Energy consumed
Work done = 67200 J
Power = Work/Time
= 67200/60
= 1120 J/s
Heat required = m * c * ∆t
= 2/10 * 4200 * (20-0)
= 16800 J
Work done = Energy consumed
Work done = 16800 J
Time = Work/Power
= 16800/1120
= 15 sec
