मैं एक खीलोना हूँ । मैं रंगोंसे भरा बहुत सुंदर दीखता हूँ । मैं बच्चोंकों बहुत बहुत पसंद करता हूँ। और बच्चे भी मुझे पसंद कराते हैं। हमेशा वे अपने कमरों में मुझे सजाके रखते हैं । सब का मन बहलाता हूँ। ऐसा कोई बच्चा नहीं होगा जिसने बचपन में मेरे साथ न खेला हो । एक घर में बच्चा होने से पहले ही भेंट के दरियान मैं उस घर में पहुँच जाता हूँ ।
मैं एक मोटर गाड़ी, मोटर बैक, गुड़िया, दुल्हन, दुल्हा, रीछ, हाथी, कंगारू, शेर, बाघ, खरगोश, सैनिक, हवाई जहाज, जहाज, बस, आदमी , औरत, जिस रूप में बच्चे चाहे, मैं उस रूप धारण करता हूँ । मैं तरह तरह के रसोईघर बरतन, वैद्य के उपकरण, वैज्ञानिक के प्रयोगशाला के उपकरण, घर, इमारत, बार्बी डॉल के रूपों में भी आता हूँ । पुराने जमाने में छोटे बच्चे हर साल अपने घर में मेरा प्रदर्शिनी भी करते थे। सब लोगों को निमंत्रण देकर बुलाते थे और गाना , नृत्य के प्रदर्शन भी करते थे। लेकिन आजकल तो सिर्फ बहुत अमीर लोग ही ये करते हैं ।
आजकल तो इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स (आण्विक शक्ती) से मैं स्वाचालित खिलौना बन गया हूँ । दूर नियंत्रण यानि दूरवर्ती खिलौने तो आजकल सब पसंद करते हैं। मालूम है क्या, मुझे बनाने वाले कंपेनी बहुत मुनाफा कमाता है । दुःख की बात है कि मेरी कीमत ज्यादा बढ़ गई । इस लिए खरीद ने वाले कम हो गए । आजकल मेरे साथ खेलने वाले कम हो गए और टीवी देखने वाले, मोबाइल, कम्प्युटर पर खेलने वाले ज्यादा हो गए हैं।
मुझे लोग भगवान और देवता बनाते हैं । और मेरी पूजा भी करते हैं। मैं खुश रहता हूँ । और मैं सब को खुशी देता हूँ। छोटे बच्चे मेरे साथ ही सोते हैं। मेरे साथ सपनों में तरह तरह के साहस कार्य करते हैं ।
दुनिया इधर से उधर हो, आदमी बादल जाय, फिर भी मैं कभी नहीं बदलता । सिर्फ खुशी बाँटता हूँ । आजकल दुनिया में वातावरण और पानी का प्रदूषण बढ़ गया है। इस लिए मेरी इच्छा है की मुझे बनाने के लिए सिर्फ मिट्टी या पर्यावरण अनुकूल प्रोध्योगिकी की इस्तेमाल करें। हानिकारक रसायन की इस्तेमाल ना करें और ना साथ दें ।
