-4/15 + 2/5 = (-4/15 x 3/3) + (2/5 x 3/3) = (-12/45) + (6/15) = -12/45 + 18/45 = 6/45 = 2/15

Reciprocal of 2/15 = 15/2

The quotient that we get after dividing the reciprocal of the sum of -4/15 and 2/5 by the sum is:

(15/2) / (2/15) = (15/2) x (15/2) = 225/4
