Since early mans were our ancestors, while reproduction their gamete fused with any  female gamete giving rise to new variations. At the same instant other man will have been doing the same. This way generally variations arises. But after much time, some usual changes or say variations are repeated due genetic disorders in other couples.Hence there are 7 alikers.

Same 7 faces rumour can't be true because each person in earth has different different genes passed from their parents and as a end result two persons two persons can't actually look alike if they are from different ancestors or generation
another fact the look of person changes due to environment in which he is living in by the physical , chemical, nutritional factors as every place has different climate and the level of pollution along with the amount of nutrients he is getting from that area

THEREFORE IT CAN BE SAID THAT IN EARTH THERE IS NO ONE ALIKE
OUTSIDE THE EARTH IN THE CORNER OF UNIVERSE THERE CAN'T BE ANY HUMAN AND IF THERE IS WE CAN'T SAY THAT IT HAS AN IDENTICAL FACE THAT WE CAN RECALL WITH THE FACES OFPEOPLE OF OUR EARTH
