Energy of an electron is nth orbit of H atom= −13.6n2eV per atomSo, energy of an electron in 1st orbit, E1 = −13.6(1)2=−13.6 eVMoreover, En=E1n2Therefore, E2= E1(2)2 and E3= E1(3)2So, E2=−13.64=−3.4 eVAnd, E3= −13.69=−1.51 eVDifference between energy of electron in 1st and 2nd orbit, ΔE1= E2−E1          = −3.4−(−13.6)=10.2 eVDifference between energy of electron in 2nd and 3rd orbit,ΔE2= E3−E2           = −1.51−(−3.4)=1.89 eVSo, the ratio of the difference between 1st and 2nd orbit to that between 2md and 3rd orbit per H atom isΔE1ΔE2 = 10.21.89=34063  So, ΔE1:ΔE2= 340:63
