Two Additional conditions (Sec. 6(6))
1) He has been resident in India atleast 2 years out of 10 years immediately proceeding relevant previous year.
2) He has been in India for a period of at least 730 days during immediately proceeding relevant previous year.
Points to be remember:::::
i) If a resident satisfy both above additional conditions, he shall be Ordinary Resident (OR) in India .
ii) If a resident satisfy only one or none of above additional conditions, he shall be not ordinary resident (NOR) in India.
