In this triangle the base angles are equal .DE is parallel to BC. So, the sum of the angles DEC and BCE is 180 degrees. We can replace angle BCE with angle DBC because angles DBC and BCE are equal. So, the sum of the angles DBC and DEC is also 180 degrees. As we know the sum of the interior opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral is 180 degrees therefore we can say that DECB is a cyclic quadrilateral. Therefore the points D,C,E and B are concyclic points.
