    Verified Answer
An old woman had the following assets:(a) Rs. 70 lakh in bank deposits...
Gold coins each daughter will receive = n/3
    Total Amount with each person = (210 + n)/3
Total Amount with each person – Number of gold coins = 70
One child will get the house (worth Rs. 50 lakhs). Flat can’t be given to this child as it is worth 30 lakhs and limit will be exceeded.
So, the child will get 50 lakhs (House) + 20 lakhs (Bank Deposits)
Second child will get 2 Flats (60 lakhs) + 10 lakhs (Bank Deposits)
Neeta gets the minimum amount of Bank Deposit, so 2nd child will be Neeta.

An old woman had the following assets:(a) Rs. 70 lakh in bank deposits...
    Given:
An old woman had the following assets:
    (a) Rs. 70 lakh in bank deposits
    (b) 1 house worth Rs. 50 lakh
    (c) 3 flats, each worth Rs. 30 lakh
    (d) Certain number of gold coins, each worth Rs. 1 lakh

    To Find:
How many flats did Neeta receive?

    Assumptions:
    1. The total assets are distributed equally among the three children.
    2. The gold coins are distributed equally among the three children.
    3. The house, flats, and gold coins are not split.

    Solution:
Let's assume that Neeta received 'n' flats.

    Assets Distribution:
    Total assets = Rs. 70 lakh (bank deposits) + Rs. 50 lakh (house) + 3 x Rs. 30 lakh (flats) + n x Rs. 1 lakh (gold coins)
    Total assets = Rs. (70 + 50 + 3 x 30 + n) lakh

Since the assets are distributed equally among the three children, each child receives Rs. (Total assets / 3) lakh.

    Therefore, each child receives Rs. [(70 + 50 + 3 x 30 + n) / 3] lakh.

    Distribution of Gold Coins:
The gold coins are distributed equally among the three children. Therefore, each child receives (n x Rs. 1 lakh) / 3 gold coins.

    Distribution of Bank Deposits:
    Neeta received the least amount in bank deposits. Therefore, Neeta's share of bank deposits < seeta's="" share="" of="" bank="" deposits="" />< geeta's="" share="" of="" bank="" />

    Let's assume Neeta received 'x' lakh in bank deposits. Therefore, Seeta received [(70 + 50 + 3 x 30 + n) / 3] - x lakh in bank deposits.

Since the assets are distributed equally among the three children, Neeta's share of bank deposits = (Total bank deposits / 3) lakh.
    Therefore, x = (70 / 3) lakh.

    Distribution of Flats:
Neeta received 'n' flats. Therefore, Seeta and Geeta together received (3 - n) flats.

Since the flats are not split, Seeta and Geeta each received 1 flat.

    Therefore, the number of flats Neeta received = n = 3 - 1 - 1 = 1.

    So, Neeta received 1 flat.
