Adsorption is always exothermic because it depends upon the interaction between the molecules on it's surface and not in bulk. For opt. B physisorption is a exothermic process but it's enthalpy is lower than chemisorption due to weak wander waals forces of attraction between the molecules on surfece. At higher temperature weak wander waals forces gone not completely but as to initiate the formation of chemical bond. For opt. D chemisorption involves a high energy of activation due to which it needs higher activation energy but at low temperature it does not get this due to which it is very slow..
