We use the fact that logab = 
Hence, If [log N - 2 N] x [ log N - 4 (N - 2)] x ... x [log4 6]

We can see that the numerator of each term cancels with the denominator of the previous term, leaving behind only  = log4N
Since this equals 3, we have, N = 43 = 64
 log10N = log1064 = 6 log102 = 6x0.3010 = 1.806. Hence, option 2.
