CONTRACT --- Contract is an agreement between two or more parties which is enforceable by law defining the obligation and duties of the parties which need to be fulfilled.
Nature of Contract --- Contract is of various types like unilateral, bilateral, enforceable,legal etc.
In this we have to define the concept of contract that it is science or art,And after that the limitations of Contact. I can not explain the full concept here because its too long plz do it with your textbook.
Aggrement --- Agreement is not enforceable by law,It is done between two or more parties to fulfill their obligation in future which one party can or can not perform is obligation it is not binded by law.
Business Law --- It is a law which defines the legal Acts of law that should be considered in the business like Consumer Protection Act,Goods & Services Act etc...
