Consider the table obtained in the solution to the first question.
B is an alternator, C is a truth teller and A and D are liars.
For a group to contain persons from all the three tribes, it must have both B and C and either A or D.

Analysis:
- A, B, C, and D belong to three tribes - Truth tellers, Alternators, and Liars.
- Each person made exactly three statements.
- B made his first and third statements in the local language, but the second statement in English.
- A, C, and D made all their statements in English.

Given Statements:

A:
- Statement 1: B's first statement is that C is either a Journalist or a Doctor.
- Statement 2: C is not a Truth teller.
- Statement 3: B is an Engineer.

B:
- Statement 1: Aabra ka Daabra.
- Statement 2: At least one of my statements is false.
- Statement 3: Daan a kun.

C:
- Statement 1: A is a Doctor.
- Statement 2: B's third statement is that D is a truth teller.
- Statement 3: D is neither a Journalist nor an Engineer.

D:
- Statement 1: C made exactly one true statement.
- Statement 2: Exactly two of us are truth tellers.
- Statement 3: C is a Journalist.

Solution:
- From A's statements, we understand that B is an Engineer and C is not a Truth teller.
- From B's statements, we cannot deduce much due to the language barrier.
- From C's statements, we know that A is a Doctor and D is neither a Journalist nor an Engineer.
- From D's statements, we learn that C made exactly one true statement and there are exactly two truth tellers among them.

Conclusion:
- A is a Doctor and C made exactly one true statement, so C must be a Truth teller.
- B is an Engineer and D is not a Truth teller, so D must be a Liar.
- From D's statements, there are exactly two truth tellers, so A must be a Truth teller.
Therefore, the group ABC consists of people from all three tribes (Truth teller, Alternator, Liar).
