In triangle ACA’, ∠A’AC = 45° [Given]
∴ tan 45° = A’C/AC
⇒ 1 = x/d
∴ d = x
∴ h + x > d

⇒ ∠A’AC + ∠AA’C = ∠BA’B’ + ∠A’BB’ = 90° [∵ Angle sum property]
⇒ ∠A’AC = ∠AA’C = 45°
⇒ 2∠A’AC - ∠BA’B’ = ∠A’BB’ > 2∠A’AC - ∠A’AC [∵ ∠BA’B’ < ∠A’AC]
∴ ∠A’BB’ > ∠A’AC
∠A’BB’ > 45°
⇒ Angle of depression > 45°
