IT SEEMS TO BE TRICKY. BUT THANKS TO GALILEO GALILI, WE KNOW NOWADAYS THAT EACH AND EVERY BODY WHILE IN FREE FALL HAVE SAME ACCERLERATION(AT SAME HEIGHT IF YOU CONSIDER VARIATIONS OF g WITH HEIGHT). So just before striking the ground the moon will have the acceleration equal to any body performing free fall near the surface of earth. So the ANS would be 9.8m/s2(9.81m/s2 to be precise).
