Chemiosorption increases with temperature because chemiosorption involves a high activation energy so ,it first increases and then decrease with increase in temperature. The initial increase is due to the heat supplied which act as activation energy regarded in chemiosorption but later. it decrease due to exothermic nature of absorption at equilibrium.
