Five girls and four boys of a class were to be sent for a sports camp....
Explanation:
To find the number of girls who weigh less than all the boys, we need to compare the weights of the girls with the weights of the boys.

Given information:
- Girls' weights: 122 kg, 127 kg, 130 kg, 130 kg, 133 kg, 134 kg, 137 kg, 138 kg, 142 kg, and 145 kg
- Boys' weights: 174 kg, 170 kg, 165 kg, and 163 kg

Finding the girls who weigh less than all the boys:
To find the girls who weigh less than all the boys, we need to compare each girl's weight with the weights of all the boys.

- Comparing the weights of the first girl (122 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the second girl (127 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the third girl (130 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the fourth girl (130 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the fifth girl (133 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the sixth girl (134 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the seventh girl (137 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the eighth girl (138 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the ninth girl (142 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.
- Comparing the weights of the tenth girl (145 kg) with the boys' weights, we find that all the boys weigh more than her. So, she weighs less than all the boys.

Therefore, all ten girls weigh less than all the boys. Hence, the correct answer is option B: 4.

Boys: 163, 165, 170, 174

2. Compare the weights of the girls with the weights of the boys starting from the lowest weight:
- The first girl weighs 122 kg, which is less than all the boys. (1 girl)
- The second girl weighs 127 kg, which is less than all the boys. (2 girls)
- The third girl weighs 130 kg, which is equal to the lowest weight of the boys. (2 girls)
- The fourth girl weighs 130 kg, which is equal to the lowest weight of the boys. (2 girls)
- The fifth girl weighs 133 kg, which is greater than the lowest weight of the boys. (2 girls)
- The sixth girl weighs 134 kg, which is greater than the lowest weight of the boys. (2 girls)
- The seventh girl weighs 137 kg, which is greater than the lowest weight of the boys. (2 girls)
