Hi!
Let me give you a few simple tips, which you could use.
First, Learning is fun. Or at least you should make it. Try different learning methods( like flashcards, mini games etc.), make your notes colorful, and revise the topics you learn, regularly. Trust me, making your work colorful and keeping your work station tidy keeps away half the stress!
Don't feel like studying? Then don't. Try again after a few minutes or after doing something you like. It's better to study effectively for half an hour, than stare at the book for two hours.
Don't get tensed before taking an test/exam. Relax your self. Revise, but don't 'over' revise. Keep your mind free.
Try meditating or praying before studying. Free you mind of all thoughts. It will help you focus, and perform better.
There is no need to wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning to learn. Wake up at your own relaxed pace, coz only when you do so, you and your body will be content! Yay!
DO NOT create SELF SYMPATHY. Don't brag about how much work you did, and don't create or give reasons why you deserve a break. Instead make knowledge your servant and wisdom your caretaker. Only you can control your ways. If you create self sympathy, then you can never move forward and you will only feel really tensed and anxious.
When revising, read everything like your reading it for the first time. This helped me a lot, as I used to skip parts while revising, and read those parts 'very' sincerely the day before the exams, which made me nervous and I had doubts whether I had learnt or not. When you learn something with interest, as if you were reading it for the first time, you won't forget it!
There is no need to learn for two to three hours straight. Take 5-10 minute breaks in between. Do something that brings a smile to your face!
Lastly, don't over work yourself but believe in your self. Believe you can do it!
All the best!!!
