From the solution to the first question of this set, we can conclude that Prof F takes either the 5th lecture or the 7th lecture.
Suppose F takes the 5th lecture.
Now, professors taking the 4th and 6th lecture cannot take his lecture,
i.e. E and B cannot take his lecture.
Suppose F takes the 7th lecture.
Now, professors taking the 6th and 8th lecture cannot take his lecture,
i.e. E or B and H cannot take his lecture.
In both the cases, one of either E or B cannot take F’s lecture.
