Due to the process of diffusion for it is directly proportional to increasing Kinetic energy which is directly proportional to temperature and states that as Kinetic energy increases, diffusion increases.So due to increase kinetic energy, particles of the incense stick intermixed in the particles of air which shows that particles of matter have space between them. thus due to diffusion is the process by which we get the spread from a distance than cold cooked food and same happens with hot cooked food.
