Methods for Drawing Conclusions in Statistics

1. Inferential Statistics
Inferential statistics deals with the methods by which conclusions are drawn from data that are subject to random variation. It involves making inferences or predictions about a population based on a sample of data. This type of statistics helps in generalizing the findings from a sample to a larger population.

2. Descriptive Statistics
Descriptive statistics, on the other hand, focuses on summarizing and describing the main features of a dataset. It includes measures such as mean, median, mode, range, variance, and standard deviation. Descriptive statistics do not involve making inferences or predictions beyond the data at hand.

3. Comparative Statistics
Comparative statistics involve comparing different groups or variables to identify patterns, trends, or relationships. This type of analysis helps in understanding how variables are related to each other and how they differ across various categories.

4. Non-Statistical Methods
Non-statistical methods refer to approaches that do not involve statistical analysis for drawing conclusions. These methods may include qualitative research techniques, case studies, or expert opinions. While statistical methods provide objective and quantitative results, non-statistical methods offer a more qualitative and subjective perspective on the data.

In conclusion, the methods by which conclusions are drawn in statistics play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data. Whether it's through inferential statistics, descriptive statistics, comparative statistics, or non-statistical methods, each approach offers unique insights into the underlying patterns and relationships within a dataset.

Research results showed that for each one unit of increase in the variable of happiness 0.27 is decreased from the personnel’s’ death anxiety.
