so, radius = 10.5/2 = 5.25  cm
slant heright (l) = 10 cm 
we know that the curved surface area of a cone is pi*r*l
so the CSA of the cone = 22/7 * 5.25 * 10 
                                      = 165 cm^2 


So the CSA of the cone is 165 cm^2
