Points (ii) and (iv) are correct. An atom consists of a positively charged, dense and very small nucleus which have all the protons and neutrons. Positive charge is due to protons, as neutrons have no charge. Most of the space is empty because most of the alpha particles pass straight through the gold foil without any deflection.
Electrons have negative charge, it was explained by Thomson. The existance of neutron was discovered by Chadwick.

Ernest Rutherford was a New Zealand-born British physicist who is known for his experiments in nuclear physics. He is often referred to as the "father of nuclear physics" for his discovery of the atomic nucleus and the development of the Rutherford model of the atom. Rutherford conducted the famous gold foil experiment in 1911, in which he bombarded a thin sheet of gold foil with alpha particles and observed that some particles were deflected at large angles, suggesting the presence of a dense, positively charged nucleus at the center of the atom. This experiment led to the development of the nuclear model of the atom, which replaced the earlier plum pudding model proposed by J.J. Thomson. Rutherford was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1908 for his investigations into the disintegration of the elements and the chemistry of radioactive substances. His contributions to the field of nuclear physics laid the foundation for further discoveries and advancements in the understanding of atomic structure, radiation, and nuclear reactions.
