According to me, there are two points worth considering to reach the desired result i.e; option d). Firstly, in each row, if you arrange the values in ascending order, you'll get column 4<6<3<5<7<8. Secondly, by subtracting column 8 by each of the remaining ones i.e; (8-7), (8-5), (8-3)..., you'll find that ONLY (8-5) decreases with increase in pressure and temperature which is evident by the fact that the saturation dome narrows as we climb the P or T axis in P-V or T-S diagram. These two points are sufficient to clarify the fact that columns 5 and 8 are for specific enthalpies.
