Calculation of Profit Margin:
- Cost of each chip to the wholesaler = Rs. 100,000
- Cost of 5% defective chips = 5% of Rs. 100,000 = Rs. 5,000
- Total cost of replacing defective chips = Rs. 5,000
- Total cost to the wholesaler = Rs. 100,000 + Rs. 5,000 = Rs. 105,000
- Profit margin required by the wholesaler = 20%
- Selling price to the retailer = Cost price + Profit margin
- Selling price = Rs. 105,000 + 20% of Rs. 105,000 = Rs. 126,000

Calculation of Selling Price to Retailer:
- Therefore, the wholesaler is selling the chips to the retailer at Rs. 126,000.
- The correct option is (c) Rs. 13,200.
