Long Division Method to Find HCF:
When we have two numbers to find HCF, we can use the long division method. In this method, we divide the larger number by the smaller number. Then we divide the divisor by the remainder. We repeat this process until the remainder is zero. The last divisor is the HCF of the given numbers.

The last divisor is 72. Therefore, HCF of 72 and 192 is 72.
Example 2: Find HCF of 48 and 108 using long division method.

The last divisor is 12. Therefore, HCF of 48 and 108 is 12.
